Mondrian Residences Burleigh Heads (“Residential Project”) is not owned, developed, or sold by AAPC Properties Pty Limited ACN 065 560 885 (“Accor”) or its affiliates. LGC Property Investments Pty Ltd ACN 627 634 655 as trustee of the LG Investment Trust (“Licensee”), is independently owned and operated and is solely responsible for the ownership, development, and operation of the Residential Project. The Licensee is not an agent of Accor and has no authority to agree or make representations on behalf of Accor.

Licensee uses the Mondrian Brand and certain Mondrian trademarks pursuant to a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license from Accor. Under certain circumstances, the license may be terminated or revoked according to its terms in which case neither the individual residences (“Residences”) nor any part of the Residential Project will be identified as a Mondrian branded project or have any rights to use the Mondrian trademarks. Accor does not make any representations or guarantees with respect to the Residences, the build quality, income or outgoings of the Residences, or the Residential Project (including its viability) and is not responsible for Licensee’s marketing practices including this website, advertising, and sales representations.
